This place is one to one "service" only, which is wild. You're only allowed to enter by yourself, and you cant look or talk to anyone but your "specialist". No product menu or place to see what's available. I wasnt allowed to talk to my husband to because we were considered a "group of people". We left without purchasing, and we'll never return. Total waste of time and gas.
I MADE APPOINTMENT TO RENEW MY MEDICAL CARD, SOMEONE TOLD ME I OWED MONEY WHICH THEY PULLED ON ME LAST YEAR TOO, I HAD PROOF I PAID AND THE PERSON TALKING TO ME GOT SMART AND ENDED UP TELLING ME TO GO ELSEWHERE I SENT THEM PROOF AND THEY STILL DID NOT RENEW MY CARD. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, LIARS, AND RIP OFF THATS WHAT THEY ARE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SERVICE.
