Never answers their phones
I recently had a disappointing experience at Releaf Clinics. During my consultation, the staff made unprofessional comments about my health, suggesting that I might develop dementia. This was not only alarming but completely unhelpful in addressing my chronic pain. I came seeking alternatives to opioids, and instead left feeling more anxious and unsupported. I expected a more compassionate and professional approach. I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience.
I had an appointment at releaf noosa and they canceled my appointment, and they couldn’t find a spot for me so i asked for a refund, the girl said it would take 5 days to get my refund back, but i have never seen this money back…
