The equipment kinda works but is built without nylon bushings to keep the rocking beds from developing eventual loud rattling. They do have a warranty for the equipments’ parts to meet minimum legal requirements, and can help you with a technician which cost is not covered by the minimalist warranty. It could be a useful and convenient service.
