If you have cancer and want a massage from RelaxStation, call before booking to make sure the massage therapist will treat people with cancer. I've been there several times since my diagnosis,, through treatment, and after I finished treatment in August. I've had really good experiences with different therapists, and they all knew I have cancer. The therapist today refused to treat me. Please don’t advertise walk ins if they’re not actually available! I just came in with ample time before closing, and was told there are no appointments for the rest of the day. I asked if in general there is a cut off time that I should come before in order to get a massage and the receptions said no, it’s “very hit or miss” and that I should call and make an appointment before I come in.
