We had a wonderful experience. Staff was very professional and respectful and the service was very relaxing!!!
Went in for a massage & the lady that was doing it was speaking to another worker & laughing over me as if they were talking about me in their language of course! Did it most of the massage! Very very rude & unprofessional! I will not be returning & there was a price issue & she ignored me! Maybe it’s certain customers they treat like that! Pretending to not know how to speak English! I took the 60 minutes massage whole body but it was not 60 minutes its 50 minutes. I finished 10 minutes early. I heard people started coming in while they are doing my massage. I felt rushed, he just concentrated on doing my back which I requested and I guess he is needed right away for the next customer that he did not massage the rest of my body. If you come here watch out or set a timer!
