Went here for biab removal and gel nails. Biab wasn't removed properly, just a quick grind down no soaking no nothing. Nails were left lumpy, uneven, no cuticle work, and a quick 2 coats of gel left me with very ugly untidy nails. By that evening they were already cracking due to the biab left on underneath, really shoddy work. Very unfriendly and gruff, no talking just told to sit down and my hands roughly moved around to suit. My daughter was growled at while getting her nails done. Another beautiful nail design from relaxing nails and spa. Warm and welcoming staff. Michelle and her team always willing to fit in your appointments. Would highly recommend. Lovely service and great quality work. Look forward to all my appts.
