I have been coming here for the chair massage and the foot massage for several years now. I have always found the atmosphere very pleasant and the staff very cordial. Language has never been an obstacle. You fill out the form at the desk and circle what type of massage you want (full body, chair, foot, combo), how long you want (15 minutes to 1 hour) and how strong ( level 1-7). The best value massage in town.
I felt very rushed, so already off to a bad start. Bad communication doesn't help. Maybe they thought I was looking for a tug not a rub, I wasn't. I have to say if you're looking for a place that will give you a very basic rubdown, that's your place. You will receive a very basic shopping mall massage and a bottle of water that you will have plenty of time to drink in your car, because they will rush you out the door. Save your money and go get the tug.
The people were incredibly rude and tried to make up new policies on the spot when I tried to use my free massage for my birthday. I got it today, it expired on the 17th and I wasn’t going to be back before then. It didn’t say anywhere that I couldn’t use it the day I got it so I was confused. Finally the lady threw the gift card, grabbed my debit card from me and then proceeded to get angry that I was only tipping so much (after being yelled at for 10 minutes) and was so rude and unkind.
