This place is exceptional. I come here once a month minimum. I drive over 1hr just to come here. All of the therapist have been great. Each time I'm afraid to try someone else only to find out they are just as good with there own flare. As an athletic guy (6'4 270lbs) it's really helped my recovery from weigh lifting. They are still in the mall, but not at this suite anymore. They are in an open area on the 1st floor in front of Macys

I went in for the 50-minute Foot & Back Package ($62) and left extremely disappointed. First, I never received the foot massage that was clearly included in the package. Before paying, I asked the lady at the counter about it, and instead of addressing the issue, she responded as if it was my fault for not reminding them. The package clearly states that it includes both a foot and back massage—I shouldn’t have to ask for what I paid for. Second, the massage itself was not what I requested. I walked out of here feeling 0 relief and then top it off amber had such poor customer service. Honestly such a disappointment. And to top it off i wake up to $300 took out of my account for a $30 massage. This is unacceptable and i will NEVER be coming back. Save your money and go elsewhere these people are SCAMMERS.

I was just there on Sunday, and the therapist did a great job - BUT was only using one had about ⅓ of the time, and then he was talking on the phone at one point. Maybe I should have thought something was up bc he was delayed in starting bc i’d texting with someone on the phone. When I was done, I paid, tipped 20%, said he did a great job, but i would only come back if he could guarantee me he’d stay off his phone. He gave me a blank stare.
