I stopped here for my first time the other day as I've been having an increasing amount of migraines and I thought it might be related to neck strain. I was able to explain to an older woman who was both the clerk and the masseuse what I wanted and get service immediately. There was a bit of a language barrier, however it's not like anything extremely complicated needed said and she did have a translator app on her phone.
