Masseuse did a great job - felt like they were addressing knots more than any massage I’ve ever had. I have been here multiple times and never been unhappy. However, this time I was pretty stressed the entire experience. While I was in the waiting room, the blonde (sorry don’t know how else to identify her) receptionist kept raising her voice at the masseuses and was clearly very irritated with them as they would quickly leave one room to basically sprint to another client. Im usually not a negative Nancy but I paid $80 for a massage and I got rubbed the whole time. I asked for a deep tissue. I wasted my money completely and my friend feels the same way because we got a couples massage. We still tipped $5 to be nice. Wish I didn’t give a tip at all. I’m a regular customer I’ve been there several times probably like 10 times & I’ve referred so many people. I’m really dissatisfied, disappointed I am a single mom with two kids and my back is killing me. I asked to do my back and I didn’t get more ... read more

Had a lovely experience and the couples massage was nice however I had asked for a few things that I did not receive such as the gua sha scrapping. I didn’t mind that they missed it, but it did bother me that reception asked to check my back. It was clear they didn’t read the sheet we filled out. The location is a little noisy but overall I got my moneys worth and would be back.

I did not know you could leave a massage more stressed than when I can in, but that was my recent experience with relaxation oasis. I had booked a couples massage with my husband and the and masseuse that I had was truly terrible. Not only did she not follow the instructions I had left on the intake form, which was a deep tissue massage with a back/neck focus, she merely rubbed me, not addressing any knots or tension in my body. Furthermore, she continued to cough every few minutes and would move around the table frequently,... read more
