My experience here has only gotten better over the years. My mom and I usually come in for pedicures, and Angela has been amazing every time. We’ve tried a few different technicians, but she’s by far the best we’ve had. My most recent visit was especially relaxing, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like water and snacks. Angela is truly lovely! Great customer service!
If I could give 0 stars I would… I had gel-x extensions put on at a different nail salon 4 days ago & one popped off already. I go to the LA right next to relaxation day spa so figured I’d go into here and get the rest removed. I waited for 20-25 mins (at 6pm) and finally got seated. The woman used the filing machine to COMPLETELY take the extension off… I had asked to try and soak them in acetone as I’ve read that’s the safest way to remove these and she dismissed me and continue to use the machine harshly.
