I personally will not be returning, and this review is from my perspective. They are over priced. Why is gel nail polish not included in foot spa package. You have to pay for this separately. In addition , my nail technician did not know what she was doing. I asked for a nail design, that shit was looking so bad I told her to remove. In addition, why did she soak my foot in a plastic bag, once the gel hardened she carefully removed it, went to reheat and used it on my other foot. Are we short products here? Clean and appears sterile.
I am using my husbands account. I enjoy this nail location very much. It is clean and ran efficiently. My only complaint is what they have on the TV. I and a few other customers that I started speaking with while getting pedicures, all agreed, the news is the least relaxing thing you could possibly see on tv and we are here to get away from the negative for just an hour or two. Put on some cooking shows, decorating, shopping .. anything but the negativity of the news. Please ! It’s depressing !

Jeremy is the real MVP. First time at the salon, did my research ahead of time and decided to book an appointment with Jeremy for a manicure. So glad I did! He was meticulous, thorough and kind. I would definitely make an appointment with him again.
