My wife and her friends scheduled a girls’ day and booked massage appointments at this establishment. They arrived on time for their appointments; however, the staff were approximately 40 minutes late. Not satisfied with the message here. My massage was mediocre (I'm sure this can vary depending on who you get) but what really annoyed me is they prompt you when checking out with suggested tip and it gives you 20% as the minimum amount and the lady stared at the screen to pressure me to not tip lower than that. For that reason I'm not happy with the experience I had there.

I did package F: 30mins on table and 30mins foot massage. This was exactly what I needed after a grueling 4.5hr hike on Mt Healy Overlook trail yesterday. The gentleman got all my sore muscles and I feel human again. This is probably my top3 massages and I’ve gotten massages in NYC, Thailand, Taiwan, Portugal, etc. I came on a Wednesday afternoon as a walk-in and there were 3 men working. Their customer service could be a lot better. Don’t know how to control their waiting list and communicate appropriately. Unprofessional.
