I love the attention paid to the tightness of my body and the work to relieve my aches and pains is wonderful.
My wife and her friends scheduled a girls’ day and booked massage appointments at this establishment. They arrived on time for their appointments; however, the staff were approximately 40 minutes late. Just as the group considered leaving to attend their next event, they were finally brought to their massage stations. Not satisfied with the message here. My massage was mediocre (I'm sure this can vary depending on who you get) but what really annoyed me is they prompt you when checking out with suggested tip and it gives you 20% as the minimum amount and the lady stared at the screen to pressure me to not tip lower than that. For that reason I'm not happy with the experience I had there.
