Buyers beware! Not only was she difficult to schedule with, but Lucinda refused to provide my last massage from a 3-session purchase. She said I had committed a "massive breach of trust" because my attorney asked for a statement for the massages I purchased after an injury I sustained. She claimed she told me that I could never involve insurance or attorneys when I became a client. I have no knowledge of that and wouldn't have continued to go to her if she said that to me.
