Shayla did not show up to one appointment with no explanation and she canceled another appointment on short notice with no explanation, I drove past the store when my appointment time would have been and the store was open for business. I have been a good customer for over 4 years so I do not know what the issue is.

I’ve been going to Shayla for almost 3 years and she is the literal best! She still makes me feel comfortable like she did when I first came to see her… I won’t ever go anywhere else! ❤️

I scheduled my first appointment and received a text confirming it. I showed up on the scheduled day/time and the business appeared closed and the door was locked. Despite calling a few times and waiting for over 20 minutes past the appointment time, no one showed up or answered. I left a voicemail but never received a call back. I’m not entirely sure at this point if this business is open. I was excited to see a business offering sugar waxing but disappointed by the lack of communication.

Relax and Wax has reasonable prices. Shayla is the best waxer I've ever had! I recommend going here. :)

10 out of 10 would recommend Shayla! I went to her for my first Brazilian Wax last July. She made it so comfortable and talked me through every step and what I needed to do after. Last month I made the horrible mistake of getting a wax in Pocatello due to a work schedule conflict…it did not end well! I never had any issues before and after that I had so many ingrown hairs and problems. So it won’t be happening again. I will drive 2 hours to only see Shayla from now on.
