The worst wax place I ever experienced I went there twice both times i had to call them back in the room because she left alot of hair .she move really fast finished the wax in 4 minutes doesn’t take their time at all
I’ve been going to this franchise for approximately 5 years. Even when I moved to Cobb, they were still the only company I’d seek out for hard wax services. When I moved back on this side of town and had a service recently, I noticed the customer service went way down. The lady I saw was unaccommodating. I guess they changed owners. Oh well, I’ll be going to a competitor to feel more welcomed and heard when getting services.
I had a great experience this past weekend getting an underarm wax and facial. It was very relaxing and Elle did a great job explaining what she was doing when I had questions about the facial. That was my second facial ever. I am a repeating customer for waxing and never had a complaint!
Very clean and professional. Everyone is extremely nice and the work be very good and quick ! Came here for my first wax and I loved it !!
