I absolutely love this location. My wax lady Elizabeth is CHEFS KISS. She’s always friendly and has great vibes. She remembers my son and takes time to ask about him. The location is always clean. The parking can be a bit tricky but as long as you arrive at your appointment time it should be no issue. Booking can be done online but if you call and there’s no answer just simply leave a voicemail. They’re pretty good about returning calls. Hope this helps
