I am so disappointed with how this business is run at Relax and Wax in Duncanville. While the individual waxers are great, there is clearly a major issue behind the scenes because the employee turnover is incredibly high. Every time I find someone I like, they are gone within a few months, which speaks volumes about how the company treats its staff. To make matters worse, the communication is nonexistent. I’m honestly so disappointed. Jazz was hands down the best waxer at this location—professional, kind, and incredibly skilled. She made every appointment comfortable and always delivered amazing results. What really set her apart was how gentle she was and Brazilian waxes can be painful, but with Jazz I barely felt anything. She had such a technique that made the whole process quick and almost painless, which is so rare to find. You could tell she truly cared about her clients and took pride in her work.
