The person who I spoke with on the phone to make the appointment was very sweet and helpful. When I came in for my appointment I was 'greeted' by Jaden (I believe was her name), and she immediately made me not feel comfortable. I know that we all have bad days sometimes, however she was short and made me feel like she did not want me to be there at all. I love going to see Ellie, she is very nice and her hand is very gentle in hee services. Overall staff and their customer service is great.

I haven’t waxed for the last 3 years and Ellie is an ANGEL ON EARTH! Her energy is so sweet and welcoming, she took away my nerves completely! During the wax we were laughing and having a great conversation. She’s very personable and will make you feel at ease through the wax. I love how she was talking me through the entire process as well. Her technique is perfection, my sugaring on my Brazilian barely hurt! If you’re second guessing about waxing, DON’T! Ellie is your girl!
