Very disappointing experience. I paid $52 for a pedicure because the salon didn’t have my chosen color, and Rosie personally promised me a complimentary pedicure upon my return from Ottawa. She even wrote it on my receipt, with no expiry date. Today, she refused to honor her own promise and offered me 15% off instead. It’s not about the money; it’s about honesty and professionalism. I certainly won’t be returning.

Rosie is amazing and has done my nails for years. She has always been caring and patient; helping me pick designs/colours and checking in throughout the appointment. She is creative and always willing to try whatever new idea I have. Never had any issues with her, she’s never hurt/cut me and has always been extremely accomedating. 10/10 love her, she deserves a raise and all the recognition 🤍

I’ve been coming here for a while now, and I always have an amazing experience! Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and professional. My nail tech always does the designs I choose perfectly, they turn out even better than I imagine every time. She pays so much attention to detail and makes sure everything looks amazing. I always leave happy with my nails and get so many compliments on them. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for beautiful nails and excellent service!
