Bought a voucher from Groupon. Once I was able to see his availability, I find out that he had surgery and was unavailable or booked for months. Since I knew I would be moving in five months I tried to get in contact with him. He never answered his calls and his voicemail box was full. I finally had to reserve a spot online that was inconvenient for me just so the voucher wouldn't expire. Absolutely loved my experience today!! Probably one of the nicest dudes you'll ever meet. He was very informative about his services, discussed how the visit would go, and explained why he was doing what. I never felt like he was being too talkative for me to relax and enjoy myself, though. I will ABSOLUTELY use Chip again!!!
He's really bad about answering and responding to customers. I purchased a Groupon because I desperately wanted a massage. I called several times, left several vm messages and texts but never received a response. After the Groupon expired I was forced to request a refund from Groupon. Poor business practice.
I desperately needed a massage and was given one for Christmas. I had a little trouble finding the place initially but upon entering found a warm welcome. The environment was clean and welcoming. I had not had a massage in years and was a little skeptical but Donald was professional and made me feel totally comfortable. The massage itself I cannot recommend enough.
