Was looking for Bio-tone on Saturday evening, I called the store and was told that they no longer carry it, but was told she had oil in stock. Asked what time they closed she said 6, but had things to finish, would wait for me to come in from about 20 minutes away!!!! Thank you Thank you so very much!!!!
My wife went into Relax the Back to inquire about the zero gravity chairs. She said Kathy was the sweetest and when found out about my condition was so kind. The chair she ordered will not be here until Monday so she offered to bring out a floor model for me to use until my chair comes in. Very personal customer service and caring hearts.
