Sales persons were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They knew their product very well. The order was quickly processed and delivered on time.
CAVEAT EMPTOR: I have been a repeat customer of this store for more than ten years, buying multiple high end massage chairs from them (4 in total) plus some other products. Most recently I bought an expensive leather desk chair from them. They are very good at explaining the product and taking your order, but the follow up and communication afterwards is non-existent.
