Last year, we purchased a zero gravity recliner from Relax the Back for my mother to help with her limited mobility and increased pain. The chair needed to be moved three times to different locations. Every time, the excellent staff came out promptly and carefully moved the chair. They made sure it was in exactly the right place and all was set up correctly before they left. One time, it seemed the chair was broken. This place is just awesome. Came to buy an office chair and got a great deal on a really nice chair. I love it. I want to go back and get all the other cool things for sale in the store. A gel bed from Italy, a massage recliner that feels so good, and one of those things that you hang upside down in! I can’t remember the name of the guy that helped me, but he was awesome too—calm, kind, and helpful. Thank you!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took the time to walk me through all of the options to best help me. My physical therapist went with me and helped me get a discount. They are not cheap, but I was able to sit and adjust the chair to feel no pain at all while sitting. I was disappointed that the chair will take 4-6 to come in, but in looking forward to getting it.
