I just purchased two chairs, and one was ready for me to pick up, so I'm using it now. I LOVE IT! I have wanted an orthopedic chair for so long and I finally saved up for two - one at our lake house and one for my home office (still waiting for that order to come in.) I work at home on a computer all day. My neck, back and legs were getting so sore, but after just one day, I feel so much better! I had a remarkable experience working with Charles at the Houston Kirby location. Living in Louisiana I was unable to try out the zero gravity chairs. That said, I only felt confidence going w the Gravis due to Charles going through every single detail and helping me to compare the models over many phone calls. I received the chair today and feel this a new chapter in getting comfort despite my spine issues. Appreciate you Charles and Relax the Back!
