I have had many great experiences with this Relax The Back store. I've bought office chairs, a zero-gravity chair, and a mattress. Most recently I bought a zero-gravity chair that also lifts, massages, and heats. Excellent customer service from Kyle. The products are not cheap but are excellent quality.
The team at Relax the Back are very knowledgable, professional and ready to help.
Melissa and her team made a miracle happen for us and got a same day zero gravity lift chair installed at my mom's house and she loves it. Not only that but they moved the whole living room around twice and even removed an old chair to make room for it. High marks from myself and family, an experience like this restores faith in humanity.
Melisa is amazing. Knew the products inside and out and helped us to make the perfect choice of massage chair. No pressure, just outstanding service. I went to another store and had a much different and less helpful experience. When it came time to buy, I knew I’d be back to buy the chair from Melisa. Very happy customer.
