This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I bought a chair supposedly $247 off list price. It was sold to me as a floor/ sale item therefore could not be returned. After trying the chair for a few days it did not help my back. I viewed the manufacturers site, Humanscale, and other Relax The Back sites and found the same chair (not a sale item) less than I paid the store for what they said was a sale item. Jeri was a huge help and really took a good amount of time to help me find what I was looking for in a pillow. Not just trying to sell thier products, they care and take time to help you find what you need. Gives great reccomendations as well- very knowledgeable!
