I went into this store several months ago because I was having terrible back pain in my lower back from a car wreck that I had. I went in and met the young gentlemen that were at the counter and one of them took me throughout the entire store and explained to me how everything worked and how it could help me. I in no way felt pressured into buying something I didn't need. In fact, I sat in one of the zero gravity recliners and after 10 minutes felt better than I had in days.
