I am a frequent customer at Montgomery Mall and get massages there 1-2x/week (I have bad tech neck). I decided to give this place a try. The second I walked in and asked for a 20-minute chair massage, one of the females pushed back and said, "No, you do 30 minutes." Honestly more disappointed than angry. I found a groupon online for a solid couple’s massage deal for me and my girlfriend with hot stones. I call ahead and verify they have an opening for today and can accommodate us. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was pleasant enough and was able to fit us in. Awesome. I booked back 2 back foot massages for myself and husband so we can take turns watching our toddler at the play area next door . Firstly our bookings didn’t seem to show up because the staff told me it’s too late and we are busy. Anyhow i convinced him that we had two appointments back to back and explained our situation and he took us in. The massage was OK at best. No pressure, no technique nothing.
