I had a great experience here. My husband and I made an appointment for a couples massage. Upon arrival, they had us fill out a questionnaire asking what level of pressure we prefer. On that questionnaire it allowed us to mark off certain parts of the body that we did not want massaged. I actually really appreciated this because no place has ever asked us that before and I felt like I was able to customize the massage. It was a quiet and peaceful atmosphere and the massage itself felt great. We will come back here.
Worst massage of my life!! They used no lotion pressed and dug into my elbows I know my person was not a licensed therapist, Also weirdly rubbed my scalp and tried to rub my face when it was a back and neck massage I felt nothing the whole time and then they aggressively tried to pressure me into 90 minutes. They charge $80 I should have just used my massage gun. Now day 2 back is still in pain worse than before I came.
Absolutely horrible experience. I called made an appointment for 8 PM and I get there and said sorry everybody went home. That is absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. I don’t recommend this place. Trust me find a better place. They certainly do not know how to treat a customer. I’ve been coming here for years, but never again will I return?
