A group of 5 of us went for the first time this week and LOVED it! I immediately started feeling the benefits of the salt opening up my sinuses and helping me breathe better. We loved being able to have the room to ourselves to kiki and relax after a long day at work. I will definitely be coming back!

Love Relax Salt Rooms. This was also my first time using the Red light therapy and I absolutely loved it. Will definitely be back again. Meg is always such a joy to speak to and see as well. She gets you tea and all set up for your sessions. Plus, I like the choice of drinks to purchase after your session as well.
