I truly appreciated by experience with Relax and Retreat Hot Tubs. I purchased a Caldera hot tub from them and the whole transaction/process was seamless. The spa was delivered in the timeframe promised and came exactly as expected. I called for some post installation questions and inquiries about add-ons and Ben was amazing at answering all my questions and taking care of my accessory add-ons. A truly 5-star experience. Would highly recommend this business to anyone that is interested in purchasing a new spa.
