I've been going to Tanja at Relax and Renew for a bit now. I am over 50 and still play a lot of sports so my back and knees always hurt. She is great at working through the tension, tight spots and making me ready to get back out there and do things I probably shouldn't be doing at my age. If only she could fix my putting...... =)
This felt like a mini spa day. The Exfoliating Renewal Massage helped with all the tension in my shoulders, and the scrub left my skin feeling fresh and smooth. Definitely worth it!
Tanja is the best I have had the experience of using. I started using Relax & Renew years ago for some of my chronic issues and have had more releif that ever before. I highly recommend her to everyone. Likely one of the best in town. I am still seeing Tanja a couple times a month. I would not go anywhere else.
