This place is very hit or miss. Last week was a miss. Had the 60 minute hot stone full body. It was clear the person giving the massage had NOT been trained in how to properly massage someone with hot stones. Then when it came to put the hot towels to wipe off the oil she literally threw them on my back. At least twice I had to shush her for chattering loudly to a male colleague, who barged into the space where Im lying there literally half naked. There were 5 of us that came in for a full body on NY day. 4 of us had a great experience. 1 of us was very unlucky. She got the woman working the front and taking all of the walk in information. She left around 10 times to stop and help up front. She also was on her cellphone with her ear piece in the whole time having conversations. While I realize this is not the level of relaxation I would hope to be able to achieve by going to a spa, I’ve never experienced this during any of my many visits to the Milwaukee location….the people who work there spoke very, very loudly over and over again- all the way across the room, also coming right next to the bed they had me on and having super loud conversations back and forth with the guy working on me, and also while working on me to all the way to across the room to the front desk as well.
