There were 5 of us that came in for a full body on NY day. 4 of us had a great experience. 1 of us was very unlucky. She got the woman working the front and taking all of the walk in information. She left around 10 times to stop and help up front. She also was on her cellphone with her ear piece in the whole time having conversations. While I realize this is not the level of relaxation I would hope to be able to achieve by going to a spa, I’ve never experienced this during any of my many visits to the Milwaukee location….the people who work there spoke very, very loudly over and over again- all the way across the room, also coming right next to the bed they had me on and having super loud conversations back and forth with the guy working on me, and also while working on me to all the way to across the room to the front desk as well. GREAT MASSAGES AND CUSTOMER CARE!!
The last two times my wife and I have been it’s terrible. Put a 3 as level and come home with your back bruised and tender to the touch. It use to be a very good place but seems since red feather took the experience it’s bad.
