I have been to this facility before. Massages were good. I took my daughter for her first time and we did the body and feet 30 mins each. We selected a level 3 for intensity. I went fist and then my daughter. There was two men available. The older man took me and my daughter got a younger man. He was massaging my daughter’s neck when I walked past to get my foot massage. Quite literally the worst massage I’ve ever had. I got up and left before my time ended because was essentially digging her elbows into my back, and had to continually move her hands from my butt. i literally have a bruise on my arm today. At one point she was trying to “massage” my tailbone, with her elbow no less. There is literally no reason for any masseuse to do that. When Anna was there she was the best! VERY recently I went in and it was horrible. The man was okay but laughed when I said the hot stones were way too hot . A female co-worker? Came in and they very obviously got into an argument and she took over, the massage got worse from there, I should have left then :/ . She checked me out and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Hate I waisted my money and time!
Absolute worst "massage" I've ever gotten--went for 20 minute chair massage--the guy didn't do more than pinch as hard as humanly possible, dig his elbows in as hard as possible, and hit me literally on top of my head all the way down my back. When I said "ow!" or "that's too hard!" he laughed. I don't know why I didn't get up and leave. Will NEVER go back.
