I had a very disappointing experience today. During my massage, the spa switched my therapist to a male therapist without informing me or asking for my consent. This happened when I only had about 15 minutes left in my session. Whether a customer is comfortable with a male or female therapist is a personal matter, and changing therapists without permission is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. Great experience
Came in for a one hour massage. Lady started, but kept stopping to talk to people, go take care of things, and even switched with another person several times. For nearly an hour the same spot on my shoulder got massaged. Supposed to be a full body massage. Nothing done on the legs. Again, I was left on the table while they took off to do something.
