I had a very disappointing experience today. During my massage, the spa switched my therapist to a male therapist without informing me or asking for my consent. This happened when I only had about 15 minutes left in my session. Whether a customer is comfortable with a male or female therapist is a personal matter, and changing therapists without permission is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. Great experience
Came in for a one hour massage. Lady started, but kept stopping to talk to people, go take care of things, and even switched with another person several times. For nearly an hour the same spot on my shoulder got massaged. Supposed to be a full body massage. Nothing done on the legs. Again, I was left on the table while they took off to do something. I got up, got my stuff and asked to speak to someone who could understand. They wanted to charge me for a full massage, but I explained them that I didn’t get one. Ended up forci... read more
Fantastic experience! The one hour full body was amazing and helped me tremendously! Tysm!
This place has become a weekly must. The foot massage is fantastic and the staff is very kind. My only not really complaint, is the nature video, I would be fine with some calming sea turtles in place of some of the bugs or weird things that show up on there. But that really has nothing to do with the amazing service they provide.
