Renting for the first time and had a lot of questions, Dawn has been super helpful and has answered all of them! I'm looking forward to renting with them for the rest of the year!!
My buisness was hired by this company to clean 3 extremely dirty houses. The last house was filled with dog pee and poop caked to the floors and walls in couple inch thick layers. Took a team of two people 13 hours each to clean it and relax property management decided after knowing how long it took and after being okaying the time being spent to not pay for the service done. Rented here for 2 years. They’re very hard to get a hold of and don’t give very clear instructions. There’s only one washer and dryer in the apartment complex for 12 apartments to share and they’re often not working. If you have something to get fixed might take 6 months. Also they say parking spots in back but they’re always full.
Went to a showing for a cabin to rent and the lady who showed us the property was incredibly rude and dismissive. I am have honestly never felt so condescended to by any property manager or real estate agent before. I own a rental property in another state and if I have a manager that treated potential tenants like that, I would demand someone else immediately. Makes me want to avoid this entire company in the future.
I signed up for a showing after some terrible communication from Relax Properties. I showed up to the showing on time, where 2 other people also showed up to look at the property. I sat and waited for 30 minutes after the meeting time was set. I also called them twice to see where they were. Then I left and tried to call two more times to let them know, but no one ever answers their company line either. No worth your time to go through the hassle!!! Go through another rental company like Rent Tomah or Patriot Properties!
