Would do negative stars.have a lot of stuff to say but to sum it down.walls and floors had markers and stain all over .the lady that gave us a tour was rude and late.there was mold and rodents .bats and other critters in the attic as well we have bats flying in the house even died on one of our closest on our clothes.bugs.but they never took care of any of it .had to wait weeks for them to repair or replace appliances just for them to break down right after using them waiting longer for things to get washed.noisy neighbors .... read more
3 months to get window fixed, 3 days to get hot water, and now weve been snowed in for 3 days. Lot not plowed, just stranded. Dont ever let these people manage anything. Worthless Update. Water has been leaking through the ceiling in my bathroom for weeks. The ceiling is bubbling and caving in. This also happened to another Tennant where they didn't fix it till it actually caved in and now her ceiling is caving in again.
