Great in-store service as well as great in home customer service. Eugene and his staff know their products and it shows
We are on our second hot tub from relax in twenty years, only two service calls on them, one under warranty and todays was caused by a hunk of rubber from a pump I use to empty it was caught in a pipe. Not only was a service tech at our house the next day he diagnosed and fixed it within 45 minuets. professionalism and courteousness at its finest. Thanks Eugene and all the staff at Relax.....I guess the name says it all
