Some of the most knowledgeable and nicest staff you will ever meet at the Patillo Rd location. When the pool water is off they only suggest what is needed. If your water is fine nothing needed they do not push any product. I appreciate their honesty and taking ownership to correct any issues when they come up. Keep up the good work ladies.

Got my hot tub water tested. It was a very busy day but staff were very friendly and patient and are knowledgeable. Always have the products in stock.

Called and asked if they could come look at my above ground pool. She said they didn't service above ground pools. I asked her if they knew anyone that could repair a hole in pool liner. She said, "oh, we might be able to do that", put me on hold, then came back and said that they could do it for $135, and asked for a credit card #. I asked when they could be here. Recently purchased a home with a pool and have had no idea how to care for it. Staff was extremely friendly and assisted us with our questions and helped us get set-up on the right path. Would recommend to anyone with a pool.
