Year 8ish maybe having the pool installed by Relax and this is still to this day, the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Eugene is unreal. Anything I have ever needed, he’s on it instantly and that hasn’t wavered since day 1. To be honest, maybe 10% of me felt I’d move forward with getting the pool, before Eugene came out. My favorite place for my pool needs since 5 years so far
We recently bought a hot from Ashley and got a great deal. She was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. They came out and installed the electrical hookup quickly and professionally. The tub was delivered the same day and we were enjoying the tub that evening. What a great experience. Eugene has a great team of people and I highly recommend Relax for all your hot tub and pool needs.
Relax pools have come to my rescue more than once. Their service and professionalism is outstanding. Such a pleasure having Ivan and Jesse out to replace a pump. They went above and beyond. Excellent representation of Relax. Would highly recommend this company for all of your pool and spa related needs. Overall a great experience once again!
