Went in on 4.16.26 for a gel pedicure. The chairs were dirty, my chair specifically still had skin shavings on the foot rest, the nail technician -John- did not use sanitized tools, and then he proceeded to dig into my sidewalls to get “ingrown” toenails. The pedicure had messy application, my nails were cut uneven, and 3 hours after I left my entire big toe polish fell off. Went in on 4.17.26 to ask for a refund and they would not provide a refund so I had to dispute with my bank.
The salon was in a state of disarray, with boxes scattered everywhere and employees walking barefoot. Despite the unpleasant conditions, I felt compelled to continue with my manicure. However, when I went to pay, I was charged significantly more than the advertised price. Overall, I would strongly advise against visiting this salon.
Honestly if you’re looking for a quick in and out half decent.. then they’re perfect. My pedicure took all of 7mins. I’m still drinking the wine.. this was my 5th time and I’ve been disappointed every time but I was hoping if I became a regular then I might get more attention nope. My last time.
This is the kind of place that charges you an extra five dollars for EVERYTHING and they don’t tell you until you get to the counter. When you try to clarify with them that you were not made aware of any of the additional charges, they refused to take them off. An extra five dollars for the shape? I asked them which shapes do not cost extra and they didn’t have an answer. soaking off your previous nails costs $10 just by itself.
