Fixed a leaky toilet and faucet for us while we were staying in Waco. Arrived within a few hours of us calling and he was on time which we appreciated!!
I have 6 reasons for my 5 stars. First of all, Billy answered the phone in a very business like but comforting and assuring manner. Secondly, he didn’t give me a window of time, but an exact time and came exactly at that time. Thirdly, I really appreciated that he not only did the work, but he explained by showing me what he was doing and why. Billy, came out listened to us, did a little trouble shooting and was able to fix our 5th wheel issue fast and inexpensively. He was very knowledgeable, polite and on time.
