It's just a motel, and that's fine. I recommend cleaning the appliances and pest control, and another star.
Overall, it's all right. The wifi is terrible -- it barely works so I had to use my hotspot the entire time. While it's a motel with exterior doors, it HAS been remodeled in recent years so the furnishings and room quality is pretty decent. Staff is generally nice. There's a Walmart within short walking distance which is convenient.
