I stayed in a lower level room on the backside of the building. I booked through an app and when I got to the office the door was locked. You have to pick up the phone and dial "0" and then someone comes to the side window. Then they'll unlock the door and you can enter the lobby. I was asked to pay a $20 cash deposit which I was unaware of upon booking the room. I stayed for 3 nights and I did see a German roach. Honestly so dissatisfied, paid extra for a room that had a needle, roaches, a clogged sink and a shower that won’t turn on at all. We asked nicely for refund and showed the proof and we were told we could get 15$ back but no refund. We were unable to shower or use the sink at all but if this is what you quality…currently looking into further action.
It's just a motel, and that's fine. I recommend cleaning the appliances and pest control, and another star.
