Booked Hotel on 04Aug 2025. Worst Place ever to stay at. 0 customer service. Bad odour in the room. AC wasn’t working. Asked the Front desk to check it out. The lady over there starts making issues and start yelling without any reason. She tried her best to not give us another room. She is totally out of her mind. Had a great experience staying here. Rooms are pretty good and customer service was amazing, also. The good part was, got private access to the beach.
Amazing stay! A friend recommended Relax Inn after their Wasaga trip. I tried it last weekend and it was even better than described! The staff were fantastic, the rooms spotless, and the onsite facilities great. Loved being just steps from the public beach. The AC units worked perfectly, and the garden/BBQ area was top-notch. Truly relaxing – highly recommend!
