My dad drove 4 hours to this hotel. Had room booked for the weekend Friday June 26 to Sunday June 28. Says non smoking but the room, sheets, everything smelled foul. They had all the windows open to air out room when arrived but the guests around the booked room were outside smoking the whole time. So it just blew in the windows. Ended up leaving in morning and not staying the remaining of weekend. Horrible!! Bed was hard as hell, shower only had 1 temp. Scalding!!! Ac was so loud you cant sleep. Do not recommend at all!
Everyone else is fully booked. I came in in a good mood and smiling. The lady at the front desk keeps interrogating me. I tell her something and she does not believe me. Like I don’t have any pets with me. She’s like I don't believe you. She also said is there only two people? I said yes and she was like I don’t believe you, you are a liar. Checked in today and I don’t know why some Of these reviews are bad. The place isn’t the Hilton but it’s great for a nice get away. And the front desk lady is absolutely lovely was so kind and helpful for my fiancée and myself. I highly recommend this place for a nice getaway in Collingwood !!!
