I am confused why it says relaxinn of rochester I have stayed here many times and the hotel is called Americas Best inn and located in Stewartville.Clean and a good value.Very clean ,which is most important to me.had a new bed,microwave and fridge.Staffs are awesome and dedicated people.

was here for a football game, everything in Iowa city was over price. Ive only paid half of what Iowa City was charging. This Inn blew my mind away. the rooms was large and clean. the staff was so helpful. the lounge was a plus for me. could not find a better value if i try. would stay here again..... No doubt !!!!!!!
I think this place was worth the money, especially the new sports lounge they added. It seems to me that the current management is doing some renovations. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a quiet and clean place to stay.
great hotel. rite off the free way. the room were large and clean and price was just rite. i stay at this facility on my way home. i love their new beds they just got, i think this hotel a great. they have all the amenities of national chain but at a fraction of the price. i will stay here again in the future. i enjoy there new bar too. the front desk clerk gave mea token for a free drink. that was a plus for me which made my day.
the service was excellent and the room were luxurys. next time i visit Tipton i will make sure i stay here. they have a restaurant and lounge on site everything at my convenience, plus the Hebert Hoover museum at walking distances. They have free breakfast and free wireless Internet what more can i ask for. This is a great hotel i will sure to tell my family and friends to stay here next time they are in the area, and i did i mention the room were very clean.
