I went to see Joan for my anxiety. I expected to go asleep and get hypnotises but Joan blew me away how much more the was to it. The overall experience was different then I expected. had a session with Joan, she was a lovely and warm person that had me relaxed and felt cared about, the therapy was a good experience, she had a genuine caring nature so it wasnt hard to express myself and the issues i went for, after the session i was very drained but felt very relaxed and calm, also lighter, she has a good understanding of the subconscious mind and how to target childhood programming, to lift and heal..was worth the time and experience...thank you Joan
