I had never been here before so I called to see if I needed an appointment or could walk in. I was told that appointments were preferred to avoid waiting and to have a guaranteed spot. I made the appointment and got in my car since I live 30 minutes away. I arrived 6 minutes late and was told that they didn’t think I was coming because I was late, and that they had given my spot to a couple who had walked in.
