Great massage. Tara is thoughtful and communicates well during the massage. Which, may not be something you typically think about, unless you've had a bad massage and could tell the person how to make it better. The atmosphere is cozy and peaceful, too.
This was my first ever real massage and what a great experience! So happy that Tara did my first massage. She is so knowledgeable and I felt wonderful afterwards.

I was blessed and surprised to find such a place as Relax in Lithia Springs! Jessica did an incredible job with my massage, making sure I was comfortable with her technique and pressure at all times. The music was pleasant and not too loud, and the low lighting encouraged me to "relax" as I nearly fell asleep during my 60-minute massage. Would recommend for anyone to try Relax before booking their next Buckhead appointment.
