Such a hidden gem 🤍 Relax & Resort’s space is beautifully designed, super calming, clean, and private. The float room itself is peaceful with the soft lighting, and you can tell everything is really well maintained. The shower area is fully stocked with anything you might need, which I appreciated. I had a hair appointment immediately after and felt well equipped from using all the amenities. Overall, it genuinely feels like a true spa experience, just more intimate and relaxing. I booked a couples float for my husband and I on a whim while we were in the Nashville area. We both had such a pleasant experience (our first) that it will be hard to top! Saundra was both professional and engaging. We enjoyed her perspective and insight on floating, as well as on other wellness practices. The space was very intentional, clean and private.
