I was a little skeptical about any benefits of floating, but I was pleasantly surprised. Mrs. Saundra explained everything and answered any questions we had. She has you scheduled a little early, so this time does not cut into your float time. You can choose to leave music playing and soft lighting on, or turn it all off and float in darkness and silence. This is such a relaxing experience. This is the second time we’ve been. After the first time, I was recommending it to everyone. It is a welcoming environment and both times we have not felt rushed. We got to take time getting ready after while still being relaxed. Saundra is so kind and so passionate about what she does. We love coming here!
We had the most incredible couples float therapy experience! Saundra, the owner, was absolutely wonderful—so knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She took the time to explain everything and made us feel completely comfortable from start to finish. The float tub was HUGE—perfect for two people—and incredibly relaxing.
