Shon was professional and delightful. I received a dermaplane facial. She took her time and completed the dermaplaning without rushing. It was so relaxing. She did a wonderful job. I will definitely return. Many spas I called do not provide this service and several others were very expensive. I was very pleased with my experience with Shon. Delighted to support a female small business owner and vet and mom‼️
Shon does a very great job on my eyelashes. Been going to her for almost a year now. She takes her time and is very sweet.
I had an odd experience here that turned me away from booking. I called the number on their site to inquire, no one answered but the voicemail said it was Relax and Restore Day Spa and to text them with my information to book. I text the number and they replied and said I had the wrong number. This rubbed me the wrong way because clearly I didn't if the voicemail still said 'day spa'. If you're not accepting clients anymore , there is a professional way to announce that. I took this as my sign to save my money and book elsew... read more

Would not recommend, They never answer or return calls. I even sent a text as suggested on their answering service and she literally looked at my message and never responded. I forgot that I reached out to them in January without a response so I will not reach out again. Very unprofessional.
