This was my first physio massage therapy ever, and I really enjoyed it! Jarrod takes into account my work and sports life to find all the stresses on my body. I also appreciate how flexible he is with my last-minute requests! He also gave tips for self help! Good music, good service highly recomend! And yes left feeling relaxed!
