I’m a bikini competitor, and I went to Daniel at Relax and Get Results before my last show — and he was amazing! I did a couple of sports massages leading up to peak week, and then a lymphatic drainage massage a few days before the competition. He takes his time, is incredibly skilled at deep tissue work, and really knows how to get results. Karl worked on my pain and tightness on my lower extremities. It was my first time for a specialized sports massage and he truly did an amazing job!.
