Josh is a true master at his craft. I came here a few months ago because I was experiencing some jumpers knee and I can honestly say he took care of my issue. Wowowow. I cannot recommend Christian enough. I cannot get over how much he’s helped me. I play a lot of padel, and I’m just not young anymore lol. I’ve been having problems with my shoulder (and wrist,) and my hairdresser actually referred me to him. I went yesterday when I was feeling especially tight - and WOW. He really, really knows what he’s doing. He understands the body and how to work out the muscles, and I feel like a new person today - even after playing for 2 hours last night after our session. THANK YOU.
