Their website looks promising. I made arrangements to have the first conversation, forwarded some highly personal information by email, and... they didn't call at the allotted time. So I called the main switchboard and waited on hold for about 15 minutes. Basically they told me they weren't the right people to help me with my relationship issues.

Happy to say our Counsellor Mark has been incredibly helpful. He had a balanced outlook and was able to mediate our conversations so we both appreciated each other and the indivifual opinions..... Strengthened our relationship, communication and commitment to each other While recognising our family challenges.

I was somewhat apprehensive about whether I should make an appointment here, after reading some of the reviews, but am relieved to say my first session was quite good. I imagine that, as with all places, it depends on who you see. I’ve booked my next session, and will book my third session, tomorrow, when they reopen
