Not very comfortable atmosphere nor experienced staff in my experience, not very intuitive and never any follow-up calls/ emails of any sort I've received. Walls are thin and you can hear couples screaming at eachother
Even they don’t deserve one star but I don’t have option for that so I have to choose one star . As I booked appointment on call and on the day to confirm the time I called them and they said appointment wasn’t booked and even they don’t have my name on list. The front staff’s behaviour is unacceptable. Rude and unprofessional staff.
I really appreciate my sessions with Shannon Haley. She is attentive and patient throughout our discussion and I always feel like I am being heard without judgment or pressure. Shannon always takes care to ensure I feel safe and always shares valuable insights. I would always recommend Shannon Haley.
I remember reading reviews on Tavneet before starting therapy with her --one said she remembers the little things. She does that and so much more, I don't normally write reviews but someone who creates such a space of care and comfort deserves to be recognized. She's beyond easy to talk to and has an amazing personality. My only regret is not starting with her sooner.
